Breakfast of champs...
People often ask what my morning smoothie is made up of, so here's a photo.
It is made up of frozen peaches, strawberries, blueberries, a banana, Kale, Chia seeds, and flax seeds. Then I add water and blend!!
By the way, you know you eat weird food when it seems that every time you bring Kale to the cashier they always ask you what it is so they can ring it in properly...

I eat all of that! Except never at the same time...
I have a great Kale soup recipe! But a question... does teh kale go in cooked or raw?

Raw...you get the fullest of the nutrition if you eat it raw!
